Municipal water focus Recent acquisitions have strengthened municipal water and wastewater offerings (F.R. Mahony, Envirep). This positions Cummins-Wagner to pursue upsell opportunities in treatment plants, pipelines, and pumping systems with integrated service and retrofit packages for existing facilities and new build projects.

HVAC and hydronics leverage Thermoflo’s integration enhances hydronic heating and HVAC capabilities. Sales opportunities exist in retrofits, new construction, and building modernization projects where customers need efficient pumping, heat transfer, and system design–installed by an established regional distributor.

Service and retrofit emphasis With design, assembly, and aftermarket service at the core, there is a clear pathway to offer service contracts, spare parts programs, and retrofits for installed base equipment across compressors, pumps, and heat transfer equipment to extend lifecycle and optimize performance.
