The Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County is a nonprofit organization based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, focused on supporting the local arts through leadership, advocacy, programs and education. It traces its roots to community arts events in the late 1980s and was established in 1993 as a 501(c)(3) organization to formalize grants and scholarships for artists and students. In 2008, it was designated the official Local Arts Agency for Walton County.

The alliance operates the Bayou Arts Center, which offers more than 200 art classes annually for adults and children. It runs multiple festivals and programs—such as ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival, 30A Songwriters Festival, Flutterby Festival, and the Under the Sea fundraiser for the Underwater Museum of Art—and in 2018 partnered with the South Walton Artificial Reef Association to launch that museum. It also houses the Foster Gallery, an artist collective opened in 2016.
