CSS, Inc is a site development engineering and landscape architecture design firm. As a preferred engineer for several national companies, a major portion of our business includes commercial development for large retail and shopping centers. CSS also pursues commercial development for small retailers, shopping centers, mixed use developments, light industrial, higher education, residential and municipal projects. The majority of our projects come from repeat customers (local and national clients) that understand the personal service, professionalism and honesty we provide with each project. The staff at CSS holds professional engineering licenses in 16 states, covering the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions through offices located in the Upstate of South Carolina and Central Florida.
