Crystal Mover Services, Inc. (CMSI) is an operations and maintenance organization established in 2009 by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America and Sumitomo Corporation to support the Crystal Mover Automated People Mover systems installed in the United States. Headquartered in Miami with regional presence in Georgia, Virginia, and Florida, CMSI relies on the combined experience of its founding partners in transit system manufacturing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. The company emphasizes dependable service and safety as essential factors, aiming to minimize downtime and ensure consistent, on-time performance through in-depth knowledge of the Crystal Mover product. Its customers are system owners and airport operators responsible for Crystal Mover APMs, as reflected in recent engagements such as the renewal of O&M services at Washington Dulles International Airport and a new contract to renovate and upgrade the APM at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. These activities illustrate CMSI's role within the U.S. automated people mover ecosystem and its position as a specialist O&M partner for Crystal Mover systems.
