Crossroads Eldercare Options is a 13-year-old eldercare advising agency that helps seniors and their families – completely free of charge – understand their specific options for long term care, which may include moving to a senior living community, bringing care into the home, or leaning on community resources. 

We work with ALL of the senior communities in West Michigan to ensure no option is left unexplored, regularly touring properties to stay updated on availability, cost, funding accepted, location, reputation, licensing, levels of care provided, programming changes, and more.
