Growth through services Small IT services firm with 11-50 employees and revenue in the 10M-25M range presents an opportunity to upsell additional managed services and scale governance, security, and automation offerings to mid-market clients.

Security and Compliance Specialization in integration, automation, security, and compliance positions CDA to target organizations needing robust security architectures and regulatory alignment, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA workloads.

Tech Stack Fit Current technologies such as Chef Infra, Splunk, Active Directory, and Palo Alto firewalls indicate a capability to address infrastructure automation, log analytics, and secure network operations for clients with complex environments.

Managed Services Potential The firm’s openness to fully managed services suggests a pathway to offer ongoing IT operations, monitoring, and optimization contracts for clients lacking resources to sustain in-house teams.

Targeted Industry Fit Comparative peers and agency-like competitors imply CDA can pursue branding-adjacent IT projects for mid-tier firms seeking IT modernization, security hardening, and data-driven operations enhancements.
