Strategic Acquisition CEI is now part of Oklo, Inc. following an acquisition in June 2026, indicating a potential pivot or acceleration in technology development related to Aurora technology. This presents an opportunity to align with Oklo’s expanded portfolio and explore cross-sell of process engineering, pilot plant operations, and alkali metals expertise.

Advanced Materials Focus Recent collaboration with Lyten, Inc. to produce proprietary lithium alloys signals active engagement in high-value, next‑gen materials. This creates sales openings for CEI to offer specialized process optimization, pilot-scale production support, and expert consultancy to accelerate material development and production readiness.

Industrial Capability Operating in chemical manufacturing with 11-50 employees and revenue in the $50–100 million range, CEI combines agile engineering services, pilot plants, and cross-disciplinary expertise. This positions CEI as a cost-effective partner for mid-market manufacturers seeking rapid, hands-on process improvements and scale-up capabilities.

Digital & Engineering Tools Tech stack includes AutoCAD, LabVIEW, and cloud platforms, indicating strong capabilities in design, instrumentation, and data-driven process optimization. Prospect initiatives could target digital twin development, instrumentation upgrades, and remote optimization services for chemical operations.

Strategic Partnerships With a focus on alkali metals and operations management, CEI serves as a specialist consultancy for process operations. There is a clear opportunity to pursue partnerships with larger chemical majors or mid-sized manufacturers in need of specialized pilot testing, regulatory-compliant engineering, and turnkey project support.
