Creating a Family strengthens foster, adoptive, and kinship families and the professionals who support them by creating expert-based, trauma-informed resources, community support, and training.

We bridge the divide between the research and parent/professional communities. Our innovative and engaging education platform has provided parents and professionals with over 46,000 hours of training. We offer 65+ courses and packages for pre- & post-adoptive and foster/kinship families at our Online Education Center for Adoptive & Foster Families, including 30+ Hague-aligned courses. We also offer CE-accredited courses for social workers (including a Hague Staff Training package).

Creating a Family also offers Interactive Training & Support curriculum for Foster/Adoptive/Kinship Families to help agencies provide high-quality parent support and training groups.
