 Courageous Transformations provides a loving, courageous environment of hope and strength to persons with substance abuse and trauma. 

 We approach harm reduction/medically assisted treatment from an integrated philosophy of faith, empowerment, and worthiness. Our mission is to provide an environment of acceptance and nurturing. It is also our mission to encourage our clients to focus on their strengths and celebrate recovery one day at a time!

 We are committed to provide integrative treatment that includes Co-occurring Disorders (COD). Our Clinical Supervisor has over 20 years’ experience in assessing patients with COD. We are a quality organization and hire qualified counselors and social workers who provide evidence-based treatments.

 All our staff is trained in Trauma Informed Care, thus, understand how traumatic experience have impacted a person’s life and their families. We identify how these experiences impact an individual and help provide the tools that will help you reach your individual goals.

 We offer a faith-based program dedicated to your road to recovery. We employ a full-time chaplain, because we understand how important connection and support will help you on your journey.
