The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) is a not-for-profit trade association based in New York, founded in 1962. It represents more than 350 designers across womenswear, menswear, jewelry, and accessories, and provides professional development and business-support resources to its members. The organization prioritizes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through its IMPACT initiative and sustainability efforts within fashion, offering thought leadership and industry programming.
