The Council of American Ambassadors is a small organization based in Washington, D.C., operating in the international affairs field. It aims to improve how the United States conducts diplomacy by reinforcing ties with the Department of State and the Foreign Service. It supports leadership development and knowledge sharing through fellowships for young professionals and by hosting semi-annual conferences on current international topics. The council promotes dialogue by convening roundtable discussions with Ambassadors to the United States, organizing overseas fact-finding missions, and publishing a semi-annual journal called The Ambassadors REVIEW, along with online forums and podcasts. In September 2021, it announced a partnership with the BEWA Secretariat to promote BEWA among lawyers and arbitration communities.
