Nicole Mosey, LMHC, founded CoreMHC in 2015.  This group private practice in downtown Buffalo, provides mental health counseling.  Treatment includes therapy for stress reduction, grief/loss, trauma resolution, anxiety, depression and PTSD.  

Our team of therapists has a variety of specialty areas and motivated to change the mental health stigma.  We are approaching opportunities with a growth mindset and welcome discussions on how we could help you or your team.  In person and tele-therapy through HIPAA compliant software. We are located on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo, NY.

Clients include wellness providers, working professionals, college students, new parents, those dealing with grief/loss, trauma, and those who have never tried therapy before or who are ready to start again.  An inclusive practice helping those with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, relationship issues and more.

Treatment modalities include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  Providing individual, family, couples, and adolescent counseling sessions.  

Currently expanding to include additional highly skilled counselors and wellness providers.
