COOKFOX Architects is an architecture and planning studio focused on integrated, environmentally responsive design. The practice emphasizes design excellence and collaboration, pursuing projects that rethink how buildings interact with people and the natural environment. It starts with in-depth research to understand each project’s environmental, cultural, and contemporary context, with the goal of strengthening place and applying biophilic principles that extend beyond LEED criteria. Headquartered in New York City with an additional office in Minneapolis, the firm serves clients seeking sustainable, human-centered spaces in urban settings. A notable recent development is a 2025 collaboration with Rockwell Group intended to ensure interiors express warmth, sophistication, and appropriate scale. In 2026, COOKFOX was honored with the AIA New York State Firm Award.
