The Construction Industry Service Corporation (CISCO) is a nonprofit labor-management association established in 1988 to foster cooperative, non-adversarial relations between labor unions and signatory contractor associations within the unionized trades across several Illinois counties (Cook, DuPage, Lake, McHenry, Kane, Kendall). Its membership comprises labor unions and contractor associations, collectively representing more than 8,000 union contractors and about 140,000 union construction workers. CISCO's purpose is to strengthen the unionized construction market in the greater Chicagoland area by promoting collaboration between labor and management to enhance market presence and industry quality.
