The Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening (CEPPS) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan alliance dedicated to promoting democratic practices and institutions worldwide. Established in 1995, it combines the expertise of three organizations to deliver complex democracy, rights, and governance programming at scale for USAID and other donors, across diverse political contexts and regions.
