Concordia is a registered nonprofit that functions as a convener, idea incubator, and partnership broker to advance public-private collaborations aimed at a more prosperous and sustainable future. Its model combines nonprofit and public-sector knowledge with private-sector resources to pursue shared solutions for global challenges in an inclusive, collaborative way. The organization engages policymakers, business leaders, and civil-society stakeholders to generate social impact through events and partnerships. Based in New York City, Concordia is best known for its Annual Summit, held in conjunction with the U.N. General Assembly. Since its founding in 2011, the Summits have drawn thousands of participants, including current and former heads of state, international and Fortune 500 executives, and senior government officials. In 2025, former leaders such as Malcolm Turnbull and Eamon Gilmore joined Concordia's Leadership Council, and the organization announced partnerships to broaden the reach of its impact storytelling.
