Compass Awards is a patch based recognition program to highlight a child's personal achievements. The program centers on the use of a large main patch and coordinating smaller "activity badges". The activity badges are awarded upon completion of a specific skill or talent.

Activity patches can then velcro to the larger patch to chart a child's progress and be displayed with pride. Whether it is a patch for swimming, rock climbing or just exhibiting team leadership, these awards will bring a new meaning and a sense of accomplishment for all the children in your youth programs.

Many camp activities and personal development awards are already available for your selection. Custom awards can also be developed to meet your specific program needs.
