Community Partners NH is a mid-sized nonprofit based in Dover, New Hampshire, that serves Strafford County as the designated Community Mental Health Center and Area Agency for Developmental Services. The organization provides a broad suite of supports, including crisis intervention, residential care, case management, vocational supports, and therapy for individuals, families, and groups, as well as Early Supports and Services for infants and young children with developmental disabilities. It is one of only two NH agencies that combine behavioral health and developmental supports under a single organization, and it maintains strong connections with schools, hospitals, municipalities, service providers, and policymakers to build supportive communities.
