Community-Minded Dance, a small nonprofit in the performing arts, is based in Denver, Colorado. Founded by Caryn Carrasco in 1999, the organization seeks to broaden access to dance experiences that enrich children and community members. It earned 501(c)(3) status in 2007 and has since expanded its reach to Denver public schools, aiming to engage about 10,000 youth through its programs.

CMDance organizes three annual dance events with national recognition, and all event proceeds support youth programming. It partners with arts and cultural institutions such as Arts and Venues Denver, Denver Art Museum, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Denver Botanic Gardens, Downtown Denver Partnership, Tango Colorado, and Colorado Swing Dance Club.
