Community High School District 128 is a public education district serving ninth through twelfth graders and has operated for more than five decades. Based in Vernon Hills, Illinois, the district operates Libertyville High School, Vernon Hills High School, and Transition Pathways and serves Libertyville, Vernon Hills, Green Oaks, Rondout, Mundelein, and Mettawa, as well as surrounding unincorporated areas, with an enrollment of more than 3,000 students.
