CBI is a Wyoming-based consulting firm that focuses on community and economic development services.  We live and work in Wyoming, so we can identify with your values.  We are also very familiar with a wide variety of community and economic development tools that are unique to Wyoming, so we can provide a comprehensive plan for you to use.

Together, Bobbe Fitzhugh and Joe Coyne have more than fifty years of productive economic, business, and community development experience, demonstrating our passion for working with people and communities.  Recently, CBI hired Kathy Patceg, who has 25 years of municipal experience, most recently as the Town of Glenrock Community Development Director.  We have walked in your shoes before.  Collectively, our previous experience has provided us with a practical perspective:  We understand the importance of developing a plan that you can actually use, not one that looks good but just collects dust on a shelf.
