Specializing in the leasing and sale of office properties, Commercial Florida Companies was established in Boca Raton, Florida in 1994. The principals of the firm are George Sacks, Peter D. Reed and Ken Silberling. Sacks is a former Vice President and Director of Leasing for Cushman & Wakefield from 1981 - 1994 and Managing Director for Grubb & Ellis Company in South Florida from 1999 - 2002. The Asset of Commercial Florida were sold to Grubb & Ellis Company in 1999. Silberling is a former Director of Research for Cushman and Wakefield and Colliers International. At the original Commercial Florida, he branched into leasing and investment sales. From 1999-2012 he was Director of Leasing and Acquisitions for a regional developer.
