Collective Success Network is a nonprofit organization operating in the higher education space that supports low-income, first-generation college students through mentorship, professional development, and leadership opportunities. By partnering with the business community, CSN aims to improve college-to-career outcomes and help create a socioeconomically diverse talent pipeline, while also addressing stigma and promoting student strengths such as resilience and resourcefulness. The organization emphasizes student leadership in guiding its programs and operations, and is building campus chapters at Drexel University, Temple University, and the University of Pennsylvania as part of its initial expansion. Based in Philadelphia, CSN began under the fiscal sponsorship of the Urban Affairs Coalition in 2017. Its model centers on collaboration with corporate partners to design and implement pilot initiatives, with early involvement from companies like Ernst & Young, RSM, Comcast, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and PECO. The network initially focuses on the Greater Philadelphia area, with the intention of replicating its approach in other cities as it develops.
