Coldwater is a global supplier of mechanical consumables and services for paper machines.

Coldwater is the largest supplier of suction roll seals and accessories in the world providing Coldflex and GTEC flexible rubber graphites from four owned facilities and several stocking distributors to paper mills in more than 70 countries.  We also provide air loading tubes, springs, and holders for the complete sealing assembly.  Suction roll energy audits are offered that make recommendations to significantly reduce the drive load through a custom seal fitting process.  24 hour emergency service. 

Coldwater is also one of largest suppliers of UHMW and ceramic drainage elements, plus the patented Acu-Formation products including adjustable angle, height, and pulse blades in ceramic (aluminum oxide or silicon carbide) or UHMW.  With 11 meter CNC routers in Atlanta, Georgia USA and Kil, Sweden, Coldwater offers four grades of UHMW from virgin to near ceramic quality.    Large inventories of raw materials and t-bars are on hand to provide quick deliveries.

Coldwater manufactures the Fab-Curl edge control system to eliminate stock leaks on the table and manage waves.  The system can improve basis weight, moisture and TSO angle profiles and is easily removed for wire changes and adjustments.

Coldwater Doctor Blades are made in the US and Sweden, and supported by our field Technical Services team, who can also provide headbox inspections and services.

Our machine clothing cleaning products include the ezEco Smart Cleaner for wires and felts, and the PCA passivation system for felts and dryer can surfaces.
