COIMA is a leading platform for the investment, development and management of real estate assets on behalf of international and domestic institutional investors.
COIMA SGR, an Investment & Asset management company, manages 33 real estate investment funds with over Euro 10 billion in investment and counts in its portfolio over 170 properties, including over 34 LEED certified properties.
COIMA REM, a Development and Property management company, in over 50 years has developed and managed real estate properties totaling over 6 million square meters.
COIMA HT was created with the objective of developing and integrating digital solutions to enable services dedicated to people's needs, to make access to services offered by buildings and physical spaces easier and more immediate, and to promote and enable the development of individual and community behavioural models that can generate a positive environmental and social impact (ESG Impact), realising a digitalisation paradigm that is scalable both in the building and neighbourhood spheres.

Among the most important projects, COIMA has co-invested, co-developed and still manages the Porta Nuova project in Milan, the largest urban redevelopment project in a historic centre in Europe, located in a unique location 1 km away from the Duomo. Through the consolidation of the three neighbourhoods Garibaldi, Varesine and Isola, Porta Nuova returns to Milan an abandoned area of over 290,000 square meters, with 24 LEED certified buildings for a sustainable quality level without comparison in Italy. 30 architects of 8 different nationalities took part in the project, which among the various international awards received the European Property Award 2015-2016 and the MIPIM Award 2018.
