In the event a person or organization posts or propagates a posting, message, picture, image, or similar distribution that contains any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) to any social media website or forum owned and/or controlled by Cogent Bank, an administrator of said social media site will take swift action to notify the individual via a post that they should remove the content asap. Management will adhere and follow Bank procedure in accordance with the Bank’s Incident Response Plan and any other steps deemed necessary to protect the PII.
