Code Fellows is a mid-sized technical skills training academy based in Seattle, in the Pacific Northwest, operating in the professional training and coaching industry. It delivers live instruction both online and in-person across software development, technical operations, cybersecurity, and related career training, guiding learners toward vocational change. The program emphasizes immersive, industry-relevant learning, including daily lectures, pair programming, weekly sessions from seasoned instructors, and one-week project sprints, with a modular structure that lets students choose the course level and schedule that fit them.

Since 2013 Code Fellows has trained over 1,600 graduates, with graduates working at companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Zillow, Expedia, Xbox, Nike, Starbucks, Nordstrom, and more than 800 other firms. The organization supports accessibility through scholarships for individuals from underserved and underrepresented backgrounds and licenses its curriculum to domestic and international partners under its Powered by Code Fellows program, while offering a tutoring platform, instructor certification, and corporate training. In 2024, Code Fellows partnered with IT Labs to form Growth Labs Academy, an online tech school with a US curriculum.
