In January, 2005 after establishing himself as one of the top Realtors in our area, Preston Russ started Coastal Realty Group with an office at Cape San Blas, Florida with the following vision statement:    We are committed to being the most ethical, professional, service-motivated real estate brokerage company on Florida’s great northwest coast.

Coastal Realty Group has used innovative marketing concepts to become the established real estate sales leader in our area.  Since starting we have merged with several other companies and attracted some of the very top agents.  We now have 5 offices with over 30 agents on the Forgotten Coast and the last three years Coastal Realty Group has the highest sales volume in Gulf County, Florida. For 2016 we have the highest sales volume for the whole Forgotten Coast area.
Our team co-ordinates with appraisals, surveyors, inspections, escrow officers, lenders and closing attorneys to facilitate a smooth transaction.
