CCMC Primary Care:
At Clinton County Medical Center in St. Johns, a dedicated team of medical professionals , led by a personal physician, coordinates care and identifies medical and community resources to meet our patients’ health needs. National trends among general practitioners revealed the fact that many patients are identifying symptoms of depression to their family doctor.
