The taste of whiskey is currently defined by government regulations, controlled by a handful of billion dollar corporate distilleries and produced with technologies that purposely haven’t changed in generations.  

They said there was only one way, that the status quo was as good as it gets. With millions of barrels already filled, it’s tradition so play by the rules. Why would anyone want to change?  

Whiskies finished with woods other than oak, natural flavors without adding sugar or syrup, no artificial color. Higher proof, not watered down.  At Cleveland Whiskey, we challenge assumptions and break the “rules” when they don’t make sense.  We took an already great spirit and re-imagined it then rebuilt it, better.
