The Arnold Family opened our first store as Professional Cleaners in northeast Indianapolis in 1985. As we grew, we added Partners who were experts in the technicalities of cleaning and engineering to form one of the most technologically advanced dry cleaning and laundry companies in the Midwest. Classic Cleaners is a full service cleaner with 21 conveniently located neighborhood stores. We are committed to VIP level customer service. Our staff receives ongoing training year round on all fabrics as the seasons change and influence the most common garments to be cleaned. We are experts in stain removal and as the only cleaner in Indianapolis affiliated with The Association of Wedding Gown Specialists, we also de-stain and preserve wedding gowns. Our customers’ time is precious. Classic Cleaners’ modern conveniences include 24-hour drop-off at 13 of our 21 locations, and 24-hour pick-up lockers at thirteen locations. Two of our locations (one in Carmel & our Downtown Indy store) have state of the art 24/7 pick up kiosks to access to your cleaned items ready for pick up at a time convenient for you. In addition, we offer free home or office delivery serving a large area in Marion, Hendricks, Boone, Hamilton and Hancock counties. E-mail messages let you know when your cleaning is ready and inform you of monthly specials. Our Customer Connect interface lets you check your account 24/7 to see where your clothes are in real time and review all charges.
