The BIO Business is a leader in animal nutrition and health based on world-class fermentation and refining technologies. Beginning with Agricultural Biotech, we have expanded our business into Industrial Biotech for petrochemical substitutes and Biopharma for microbiome and related product developments. Driven by ongoing R&D, cost competitiveness, and technology marketing, we achieved record-high profits and established an unmatched market position in 2022.
