Civil West Engineering Services focuses on providing infrastructure planning, design, and construction phase support services to municipal clients throughout Western Oregon.  Our projects include municipal water and wastewater systems, stormwater and transportation engineering, and associated planning and project management. Since our founding in 2008, Civil West has been committed to providing high quality services that exceed expectations and result in superior value and success for our clients. 

Over the last ten years, Civil West has grown to include four offices and over 20 professionals who are skilled in all facets of engineering. Our staff of civil and electrical engineers bring more than 100 years of combined experience, and hold professional registrations in Oregon, California, Washington, and beyond.
