The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board within Singapore's public service, established in October 2001 under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister's Office. It serves as the public sector's core institution for training, learning, research and staff development, offering opportunities for officers to learn, share knowledge, network, and develop a common service-wide ethos. Its programmes in public administration and governance are delivered by experienced practitioners and thought leaders, and it also hosts lectures, seminars, events and publications with international experts to illuminate strategic issues. It is based in the Central Region of Singapore at 31 North Buona Vista Road and functions as a mid-sized government training institution. In 2021 CSC launched GreenGov.SG as part of the public sector's sustainability movement, and in 2022 it expanded its offerings with online resources to enhance civil servants' understanding of national security.
