CityHub runs a hospitality concept that pairs compact, private sleeping pods with luxurious shared areas, focusing on personal connection and convenience. Guests check in digitally via an app and interact with a designated CityHost, a local guide who assists during the stay, while the pods feature mood lighting and spa-like bathroom facilities. Based in Amsterdam, North Holland, CityHub operates in the hospitality sector as a modern, urban-centric alternative to traditional lodging, with a stated goal of expanding globally from its Dutch base. The company emphasizes reducing its carbon footprint through space-saving design and aims to attract travelers who value meaningful city experiences and cross-cultural connections. A notable recent development is the appointment of Remco Gerritsen as CEO on October 1, 2025, signaling a new phase of growth.
