The Citizens League is a nonpartisan civic and social organization based in St. Paul, Minnesota, that has operated for more than six decades. It works to bring together people from diverse backgrounds and viewpoints to develop and advance public-policy solutions for Minnesota, focusing on issues such as schools, taxes, transportation, health care, and water.
