Chinatown-International District Business Improvement Area (CIDBIA) is a nonprofit organization based in Seattle, established in 1994. It is funded through a self-imposed tax on business and property owners in the Chinatown-International District, and its governance relies on a Board of Directors elected by CIDBIA members with an Executive Director and staff implementing programs that complement state and city neighborhood-improvement efforts. The organization aims to promote the district's economic vitality, guide responsible business development, and enhance quality of life for business owners, residents, and visitors.

CIDBIA's scope includes marketing to promote business and tourism, maintenance and beautification of public spaces, public-safety initiatives, and transportation-related accessibility efforts. It serves a local CID community with a small, dedicated staff, and has hosted events such as the annual Lunar New Year Celebration in 2025.
