Children’s Specialty Group (CSG) is a multispecialty pediatric physician practice that brings together over 230 board certified/eligible pediatric specialty and subspecialty physicians, along with over 135 Psychologists and Advanced Practice Providers, to care for children and adolescents throughout Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina. CSG partners with Children’s Hospital of The Kings Daughters (CHKD) and Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) in support of our mission to provide direct, high-quality health care to children and adolescents, train future physicians, and conduct research to improve children's health. We are the sole providers of medical specialty and psychiatric care at CHKD, which is the only free standing children's hospital in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We also provide care at CHKD Outpatient and Urgent Care Facilities, along with providing Neonatal and other specialty pediatric care at Sentara Health System, Chesapeake Regional Medical Center, St. Mary’s Home for Children, Lake Taylor Home, and Norfolk Juvenile Detention Center.
