Chestnut Hill Local is an independent weekly newspaper based in Philadelphia that serves the Chestnut Hill area and surrounding communities in Northwest Philadelphia and Eastern Montgomery County, including Mt. Airy, Wyndmoor, Flourtown and Erdenheim. Established in 1958 and owned by the Chestnut Hill Community Association, the paper covers politics, business, life, schools, arts and culture, and functions as a local forum for community reporting.
