Such a philosophy results in maximizing asset value and tenant satisfaction and retention. Maximizing the value of our assets requires the ongoing coordination of a variety of disciplines. CREM's services include building maintenance, operating and capital budgeting, vendor management, property accounting as well as architectural, engineering and construction support.
