Chambers Bay Distillery is a beverage manufacturer based in University Place, Washington, founded in 2012 by Jeff Robinette and Alan Davis. The company produces a range of spirits, including a spice-forward Ghost Dog Whiskey, a Greenhorn Bourbon that has earned a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, a Rán vodka with a Seattle International Spirits Awards gold medal, and a flagship Chambers Bay Straight Bourbon that was recognized in 2018 as the best bourbon in the Pacific Northwest by Sip Northwest Magazine. Its products are available for sale to consumers, with tastings and tours currently suspended, but spirit and hand sanitizer sales continuing, and distribution through Southern Glazer’s in Washington. The operation serves a small-scale, regional market and is located in the Puget Sound area, operating with a limited staff and retail-focused hours Monday through Saturday.
