CESA 11 is a Cooperative Educational Service Agency providing educational services to thirty-nine school districts in northwest Wisconsin.  The CESA 11 mission is "Serve, Educate & Lead."  

CESA 11 offers a wide range of services, including professional development for teachers and administrators, special education support, technology assistance, curriculum development, and administrative services.  CESA 11 supports the quality education of the nearly 50,000 students in the thirty-nine school districts in the region.  

CESA 11 also administers ten Head Start centers located in seven counties.  The mission of CESA 11 Head Start is to "Empower, Support, Educate, and Lead."
