CES is a mid-sized government and purchasing cooperative headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Established in 1979, it operates under a Joint Powers Agreement to support public schools and a broader range of public entities in the state. Its membership spans New Mexico's 89 school districts and additional educational institutions, including charter schools, two- and four-year postsecondary institutions, BIE/BIA schools, and state schools, along with cities, counties, municipalities, and qualifying nonprofits.
