The Central Association of the Miraculous Medal (CAMM) is a religious institution based in Philadelphia that supports the ministry of Vincentian priests and brothers, continuing the work attributed to St. Vincent de Paul. With a history spanning more than a hundred years, CAMM promotes devotion to Mary Immaculate and her Miraculous Medal, funds formation and education for seminarians, and provides care for aging and infirm Vincentian clergy of the Eastern Province, as well as programs that assist the poor. It also oversees The Miraculous Medal Shrine in East Germantown, a venue for prayer, meditation, and pilgrimage, which operates alongside an art museum featuring more than 500 Marian and religious works.

CAMM is part of the religious institutions sector and relies on a relatively small staff. Its Philadelphia base situates it within the regional Vincentian community it serves. Notable recent developments include coverage in 2023 recognizing the Miraculous Medal as Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, and in 2019 CAMM named Mary Jo Timlin-Hoag as its first President and CEO.
