CPSM has assisted with more than 450 studies in 47 states and internationally with Canada, China, and the Caribbean.  

As the exclusive provider for services to the International City-County Management Association, CPSM works with communities, from a management perspective, on forensic analysis of performance, technical assistance for deploying resources, research and development of best practices, education and training, and selecting the police and fire chief. Our specialties are in the areas of police, fire, public safety, EMS, dispatch, homeland security, emergency management, and other city operations. 

We have partnered with a number of organizations and represent ICMA and communities at an array of meetings to develop the next generation of public policy as well as deploying efficiently, effectively, and safely -- for responders as well as the citizenry.
