The Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association (CEMA) is a small nonprofit that brings together leading manufacturers, engineering firms, and system integrators across the Americas involved in designing, building, and installing conveying equipment. For more than nine decades, it has functioned as an industry representative, advancing common standards in design, safety, manufacturing, and application. The association also serves as a global publisher of technical manuals, design guides, and safety resources, and develops standardized labels and educational tools to support safety and knowledge sharing. 

Its members across North, Central, and South America are the primary audience for guidelines and best practices that have broad adoption. Headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida, the organization continues to foster collaboration and elevate standards as it moves toward its centennial, aiming to support growth in the conveyor equipment sector.
