Cefas, the Centre for Environment, Fisheries and Aquaculture Science, is a government-affiliated aquatic science centre based in Lowestoft, England. It delivers research, advisory, consultancy, monitoring and training services to clients worldwide, with the goal of conserving and enhancing the aquatic environment, promoting sustainable management of natural resources, and protecting the public from aquatic contaminants.
