     Cedar Canyon Mining Corp.(the "Company”) is a Washington based corporation that will excavate raw ore materials from leased and private mines within Washington State, Oregon, Arizona, Colorado and California.  The Company was founded by a Joint Venture between CGrowth Capital Inc (CGRA), MRJ Resources LLC a Washington Corporation and Cedar Canyon Mining Corp. of Washington, USA.

     MRJ Resources LLC is a privately held company with assets in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Colorado, California consisting of 7,500,000 tons of raw ore, containing significant amounts of silver and gold.  Also holding undisclosed amounts of unrealized reserve assets, this plan incorporates 9 federal mining claims, 40 acres of privately owned land surrounded by approximately 1000 acres of BLM land with multiple mining resources and a vast amount of historical mining waste rock and materials.
