CBD Advisors is a public affairs and government relations firm based in Beavercreek, Ohio, near Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Founded in 2009 by Retired Congressman Dave Hobson and Barbara Mills, the firm added managing partners Vicki Giambrone and Kevin DeWine in 2015. It emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach that starts with taking time to understand a client’s business and goals, using that knowledge to design strategies that remove obstacles and identify opportunities. 
CBD Advisors provides legislative affairs and government relations, business and economic development, grassroots advocacy, and strategic planning and communications, with expertise across aviation, education, energy, healthcare, local government entities, nonprofits, research, and transportation. In mid-2020, the firm was reported to partner with the White House on a legislative effort related to a 10-year moratorium tied to the National Defense Authorization Act.
