Cavallo Bus Lines is a premier provider of charter bus services in the corporate, educational, civic, athletic, and tour markets. The Company maintains a fleet of 110 motor coaches and operates out of three locations: Gillespie, IL (~50 miles Northeast of downtown St. Louis), Indianapolis, IN, and Springfield, MO serving trips that originate in the Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Northwest Arkansas markets. The Company offers the following services to its customers: − Group Tours: Short and long-term tours throughout the US and Canada and typically developed by an established tour operator. − Contract Services: Annual or multi-year charter services, typically for group tour operators, corporations, or colleges and universities. − Individual Charters: Generally short-term transportation services to group tour operators, corporations, colleges and universities, or individuals and are often one-time events (such as a charter for a convention, to a professional sporting event, a wedding, etc.). Safety is the top priority; Cavallo maintains $10 million in liability insurance, twice the amount required by law and earned the highest safety rating in its government motor carrier compliance audits.
